Refund Policy

GlowHub Club – Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to GlowHub Club (hereinafter: "the Club"). The website operated by the Club serves as a platform for booking co-working space services (including memberships, day passes, and meeting rooms), purchasing tickets for events and conferences, and buying physical goods via our online shop.

These Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policies are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Law") and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010.

 

1. Event and Conference Tickets

1.1. A consumer is entitled to cancel a ticket purchase transaction within 14 days from the date the transaction was made, or from the date of receipt of the transaction disclosure document (order confirmation email), whichever is later.


1.2. Time Limitation: The cancellation right under section 1.1 shall be valid only if the cancellation notice is delivered to the Club at least 7 working days (which are not days of rest) prior to the scheduled date of the event.


1.3. Cancellation Fee: For timely cancellations, a cancellation fee will be charged at the rate of 5% of the ticket price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.


1.4. Late Cancellation: Any cancellation made less than 7 working days prior to the event date will not entitle the consumer to any refund or credit whatsoever.

 

2. Co-working Space Services (Memberships, Day Passes, and Meeting Rooms)

2.1. Cancellation of a transaction for purchasing co-working services (such as monthly subscriptions, multi-entry passes, or meeting room bookings) is permitted within 14 days from the date the transaction was made or from the date of receipt of the confirmation email, whichever is later.


2.2. Condition for Cancellation: The cancellation notice must be submitted to the Club at least 2 working days prior to the date the service is scheduled to begin or the reserved time slot.


2.3. Cancellation Fee: A legal cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund.


2.4. Partial Use: If the consumer has already started utilizing the service (including physical entry to the venue or partial use of a subscription) before the 14-day period expires, the proportional value of the services already rendered will be deducted from the refund, in addition to the standard cancellation fee.

 

3. Online Shop (Physical Goods)

3.1. A consumer is entitled to cancel a transaction for the purchase of physical goods within 14 days from the date of actual receipt of the item, or from the date of receipt of the confirmation email, whichever is later.


3.2. Product Condition: A refund is subject to returning the product to the Club intact, in its original packaging, and without any signs of use or damage. The Club reserves the right to inspect the condition of the product upon arrival.


3.3. Cancellation Fee & Shipping: In case of cancellation due to a change of mind, a cancellation fee of 5% of the product value or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) will be deducted. All shipping and logistical costs involved in returning the product to the Club's offices at [Insert Business Address] shall be borne solely by the consumer.


3.4. Exclusions from the Right of Cancellation: The right to cancel and return does not apply to goods manufactured or customized specifically for the consumer (such as custom-branded merchandise), perishable items, or software/media products whose original packaging has been opened.


3.5. Defective Items: If a product is delivered defective or does not match the item ordered, the consumer will not be charged any cancellation fee. The Club will arrange for the repair, replacement, or a full refund depending on the circumstances.

 

4. Special Provisions for Protected Populations

4.1. Pursuant to Section 14C1 of the Law, a consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65 and over), or a new immigrant (Oleh Hadash, up to 5 years from receiving the immigration certificate) is entitled to cancel any of the transactions mentioned above within 4 months from the date of the transaction or from the date of receipt of the asset/confirmation document (whichever is later).


4.2. This extended right applies provided that the engagement in the transaction included a dialogue (including electronic communication/website chat or phone call) between the Club and the consumer.


4.3. The Club reserves the right to request an appropriate certificate proving the consumer's affiliation with one of the groups listed above.

 

5. Methods of Submitting a Cancellation Notice

A consumer wishing to lawfully cancel a transaction may do so via any of the following channels:

  1. By clicking the dedicated "ביטול עסקה" (Cancel Transaction) button located in the footer of the website and filling out the electronic form.

  2. By sending an email to: [Insert Business Email].

  3. By submitting a written request to the customer service via WhatsApp or phone at: [Insert Business Phone Number].

 

 

The cancellation notice must include the consumer's full name, Israeli ID number (Teudat Zeut), order/invoice number, and contact details. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 days from the receipt of a valid cancellation notice.
